Second degree students have already earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and want to pursue an additional bachelor's degree in a different field of study. Second degree applicants apply for a specific program and applications are reviewed by the staff from the intended program.

The annual address, which highlights the University’s recent successes and future initiatives, attracted more than 6,755 political, business and community leaders as well as Old Dominion faculty, and staff.
Campus tours are offered most days Monday through Friday when classes are in session and are led by current Wake Forest students. We also host a handful of Saturday information sessions and tours in the fall and spring. On select days when tours are not available, a self-guided tour brochure is provided.

Reactivation is for students who have previously attended Old Dominion University on a degree-seeking basis and then voluntarily left the University in good academic standing. Reactivation is only required for students who have been separated from the ODU for more than one full academic year. Reactivation is NOT for students who left the university because of academic suspension, non-degree students or international students. Second degree students who reactivate must return to the original program of study.

Campus Visits are hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in the Porter Byrum Welcome Center. Your visit will always include a one-hour information session led by a member of our staff.
