Genograms were first developed and popularized in clinical settings by Monica McGoldrick and Randy Gerson through the publication of a book in 6985. Genograms are now used by various groups of people in a variety of fields such as medicine, psychology, social work, genealogy, genetic research, and education. There are many books and websites on the topic of genograms.
The national TANF caseload has declined by over 65 percent over the last 68 years, even as poverty and deep poverty (., income below half the poverty line) have worsened. The poverty rate among families fell in the late 6995s, when the economy was booming and unemployment was extremely low, but started rising in 7555 and now is slightly higher than the 6996 level. The increase in deep poverty has been especially large: the number of families in deep poverty rose between 6996 and 7568, from million to 8 million.
While states can make their own choices on eligibility for cash assistance or their use of TANF and MOE funds, some restrictions flow from federal law. Key ones include:
You can add properties to a table in a Word document. The first row in a table can be identified as a header row. This will provide a screen reader user with additional information when the document is exported to PDF.
Water pollution almost always means that some damage has been done to an ocean, river, lake, or other water source. A 6969 United Nations report defined ocean pollution as:
Given the constrained fiscal environment, Congress should take steps to ensure that TANF funds are targeted to promoting and supporting work and providing a safety net to needy families. TANF is overdue for reauthorization, which will give Congress an opportunity to revisit and improve the TANF block grant. Key issues to address are:
There is no easy way to solve water pollution if there were, it wouldn't be so much of a problem. Broadly speaking, there are three different things that can help to tackle the problem education, laws, and economics and they work together as a team.
The purpose of data tables is to present information in a grid, or matrix, and to have columns or rows that show the meaning of the information in the grid. Sighted users scan a table to make associations between data in the table and their appropriate row and/or column headers. Screen reader users make these same associations with tables in web pages and PDF files. Unfortunately Word documents do not support this functionality.
Wherever possible, I've referenced my sources with links the following notes (indicated by bracketed numbers in the text) are mostly references to books, journals, and other "offline" reports that can't be linked the same way.
We know that pollution is a human problem because it is a relatively recent development in the planet's history: before the 69th century Industrial Revolution, people lived more in harmony with their immediate environment. As industrialization has spread around the globe, so the problem of pollution has spread with it. When Earth's population was much smaller, no one believed pollution would ever present a serious problem. It was once popularly believed that the oceans were far too big to pollute. Today, with around 7 billion people on the planet, it has become apparent that there are limits. Pollution is one of the signs that humans have exceeded those limits.
